Wheelchair Access
This can be purchased online via AXS - for each show there will be an accessible bookings link via AXS for you to book your wheelchair access. Please note that the wheelchair ticket does not have a seat, if you book this ticket and you don’t require wheelchair access there will be no seat for the customer with a wheelchair ticket. When purchasing you need to add 1 wheelchair and 1 companion ticket to complete the order. Any bookings that have selected 2 free companion tickets to avoid paying will be cancelled and released.
If you would like to purchase more seats with your wheelchair access booking as you are coming with extra friends or family, this is possible however its just not possible at this current stage to do so online. If the show in question is going on sale this week, we hold the below seats off sale to add to orders if requested. Please purchase your wheelchair access booking following the above guide and contact us with your order number as soon as you have purchased so we can arrange the seats next to you to be added to your order. Its important you contact straight away as these seats do get released if we haven’t had any requests.
Circle wheelchair access has 2 seats next to the wheelchair and companion tickets. 1 of these seats is potentially restricted view due to a pillar. There is a standing area behind the wheelchair access on this level if you have more friends and family you want to be with, however we do not hold these tickets off sale and they are available online via AXS only.
Balcony wheelchair access has 1 seat next to the wheelchair and companion tickets.
Venue opening times
The door times are different depending on the event – please check the event listing on this website for accurate door times.
Ambulant Bookings
We are happy to offer companion tickets to anyone that requires them. Currently we ask that you book your tickets where you would like to sit or stand online via our partnered ticket agent AXS, then contact us with the order number to arrange a refund for your companion ticket. Please send your confirmation number the same day as booking, if order numbers are sent later than 24hours after purchase we may not be able to issue refunds. Any bookings made with other ticket agents we will not be able to refund and issue you a companion ticket.
Please see venue descriptions above for details on lift access, steps and toilets.
For events where the stalls are listed as stalls standing – please note there are no seats in the stalls at these events. Walking aids are currently permitted into the stalls standing, however this policy may change in the future so please check back if you plan on attending any other shows in case this changes. For shows that are on sale now they will be permitted to and this will not change.
Visually Impaired
We are currently working on offering a better booking system for visually impaired customers as we are aware the ambulant booking system may not be suitable for screen readers. If that is the case please contact boxoffice@thehallswolverhampton.co.uk for further assistance.
Evidence Checks
For any accessible booking, a member of the venue team will be in touch before the show to check evidence of disability for the companion ticket. Please do not send anything to us until you hear back from us asking for this evidence.
Blue Badge Parking
The venue does not have a car park, but nearby parking options can be found HERE.
